What We Do?

Using specialized testing equipment and software, the spindle brought for repair is tested at various speeds and documented with images and reports. After necessary maintenance and replacements, the spindle undergoes the same test again and is reported in the same way. This process continues until the spindle reaches the required values and is delivered to the end user within tolerance limits.

Generally, spindles with replaced bearings do not undergo these tests. However, no matter the reason, we put every spindle system we receive through all functions and tests. We detect potential issues and perform repairs with original spare parts only after obtaining your approval. Stages of the Refurbishment Process

1-WASHING: After the initial control tests, all parts of the disassembled spindle are cleaned with an industrial washing machine, removing all residues.

2-GREASE AMOUNT: Each bearing manufacturer specifies a certain grease amount for their models. If the grease is too little, it causes wear; if too much, it heats up and liquefies, failing to stay inside the bearing. We adjust the correct amount using a precise scale based on the instructions on the packaging.

3-O-RING: All spindles are fitted with new O-rings of the original size.

4-SEAL: All seals in the spindle are replaced with new ones.

5-SCREWS: We do not use old screws due to concerns such as deformation, stretching, or wear. New screws with the same specifications are used for the repair.

6-GREASE: The only grease we use is KLUBER NBU15, applied with a precise scale.

7-BEARINGS: We keep high-precision bearings in stock to avoid issues such as long shelf lives or the unavailability of non-original bearings.

Even if the model is the same, spindle bearings may have slight size differences despite being from the same brand and model. These size differences are usually indicated on the packaging. We use bearings with tolerances that fit the seat where the bearing race fits, ensuring a smooth and secure fit to absorb issues like tight or loose fit.
